Job Title: Architect Project Manager
Job Duties: Review construction plan of the facility and ensure that the plan aligns with requirements; review and organize documents related to the facility’s design, structural specifications, equipment, and material; inspect construction site and monitor work progress; track key construction milestones and report any delays and risks; analyze construction time and costs and generate feasible budget plans; generate construction reports and communicate with the project team timely; keep records of construction activities for decision-making; research and analyze the compliance with specific requirements, regulations, and local ordinances.
Job Requirements: Master’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering plus 6 months of experience as Architect Project Manager or Designer.
Salary: $87,589 per year.

Operations Research Analyst, Manalapan, NJ
Job Description: Gather and validate operations information and data; develop experimental operational models; evaluate and validate forecasting and optimization models for operations research analysis; conduct statistical and financial analysis of operations research models; study and analyze operational problems to develop potential solutions for operational improvements; present mathematical modeling and data analysis to management to develop operational objectives; develop and maintain current operation process for smoother workflows and coordination.
Job Requirements: Master’s Degree in Operations Research or Industrial Engineering plus 6 months of experience as Operations Research Analyst or Capacity Planning Analyst.
